Flavoring

We use the Mexican Coatepec bean for flavoring.  This coffee is mild and soft-bodied that interacts with the flavors very well.  We do not scorch the bean.  This means you'll taste a very smooth flavored cup.  (Many roasters use a cheaper bean and burn it, assuming that the flavor added will hid the burnt taste)
